This is  a Mantra meant for meditation.  However it can also be seen as a call for humanity to wake up and face reality.  We have one moment to exist.  The power of living can only be in that moment.  Sit, stand, walking  be awake to the body and its physicality, be awake to where you are both locally and on a larger scale even cosmically and know you are surfing along on the ever moving now.  Repeating this mantra mindfully in your thought can help tune in , but then let it go.  Pick it up when you are confused and it will help.  Know that in each person is  a spark of awareness just..like..yours.
