Thank you for visiting my website. As a practitioner of acupuncture, shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine, my aim is to restore health to mind & body. The combined approaches of shiatsu and acupuncture often make diagnosis and healing more effective.I am happy to discuss your acupuncture or shiatsu requirements before you commit to treatment. I can spend 20 minutes with you at no cost, by phone or face to face, to ensure you are confident that I am the most suitable practitioner to treat you.

- Acupuncture is becoming increasing recognised by the medical establishment and the public for its ability to have a positive impact on health both physically and emotionally. A recent BBC documentary showed acupuncture being successfully applied in many conditions (K.Sykes, 2006).

Shiatsu is a hands-on Japanese healing therapy. It can help a wide range of conditions – from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health in mind and body (Shiatsu Society, 2002).
Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong
- Tai Chi Instructor, Tai Chi Union for Great Britain (15 years)
- 9 years training, British Tai Chi Chuan Association
- I run classes in Tai Chi and Qigong
- I provide Tai Chi and Qigong guidance to some of my patients where this is appropriate
